Simply fill the hopper with items and close the lid before shredding to prevent any stray (and potentially dangerous) particles from flying out. Simply close all doors after loading and let the VZ Special shred. Waste and debris can be conveniently collected under the hopper into any commercial waste bin. Once the waste bin is full, simply slide it out from underneath for disposal. The VZ Special 35/35 is powerful and simple to operate. Hands-free operations include auto-reverse in the event of a jam, and auto-shutoff after a cycle of shredding is complete (users can also choose manual shutoff). All operations are controlled electronically via SPS (Safety Power Switch) once the start function has been activated and are easy to command. In addition to automatic features, the 35/35 is equipped with built-in measures to maximize performance. The continuous duty motor, which also prevents overheating with thermal protection and overflow relay, which helps maintain machine life. A lockable power switch prevents any unauthorized use. An emergency switch enables immediate stop function, if needed, while the limit switch can be used to prevent shredding if the door is open to maximize safety and easy clean up.
