Granutec Auger-Matic 1012AM Granulator: biggest of Auger-Matic series, 1012AM granulator has highest throughput of 350 lbs per hour and largest motors. Only differing in size and power, 1012AM possesses same high quality features as other Auger-Matic models. Its low-profile design enables placement directly under molding machines so it can save space and directly ctach materials to be granulated. Maintenance is fast and easy, no outside help required. Simply open top-hinged cover, push down angled screen cradle, and clean, service, or replace. cover and screen are mechanically interlocked to prevent accidents and emergency buttons are located at end of auger trough. Rotor and bed knives are made of D-2 hi-carbon/hi-chrome steel for precise cuts and longer knife life. And with double scissor cutting action, granules are cut into uniform pieces using less power.
